What is the problem??

Can someone please explain what I am missing over here? Why are people against the US health system reform? It sounds like a great plan to me, and living here in "socialist" Europe, I don't see anything wrong with it. In fact, as I've said before, one of the best things of living here is the health care. I think it will be a good thing.
